Dear Parents and Friends,
Great News! Thomas Edison Charter School South Campus is fundraising with The Orange Guy again! Last year we sold 400 cases of oranges bringing in a profit of just over $8,000! That’s incredible and we thank you for your support. Our goal for this years’ fundraiser is to sell 300-500 cartons of California Navel Oranges and/or California Grapefruit! Best of all, our school earns an average of $20.00 per carton sold! What is The Orange Guy Citrus Fundraiser? The Orange Guy has been helping schools raise money for 35 years. California Navel Oranges and California Grapefruit are nutritious, delicious, and picked at peak perfection. A 20lb box of navel oranges for $40.00 will have about 44-48 oranges and a 20lb box of pink grapefruit for $40.00 will have about 20-28 in each box. If you are thinking, “What will I do with 44-48 oranges or 20-28 grapefruit?” Let us tell you that these are not only delicious but also make great gifts around the holidays for neighbors, friends, co-workers, clients, etc. So how can you help? Our fundraiser officially begins Wednesday, November 1st and will run until Thursday, November 30th. Every order placed must have an order form filled out to help track all orders efficiently. Forms can be found online <HERE> to be printed, or you can pick up forms at the front office. Please turn in completed forms to the front office at the school. We are asking that you share the Citrus Sales Flyer with family, neighbors, friends, co-workers and on social media, but please no door-to-door sales. Foodbank Partnership We’ve partnered with Cache Valley Food Bank. If customers would like to help support them, you can donate half of your box or even an entire box to Cache Valley Food Bank and we will deliver on your behalf. Dates: January 23, 24, 30, 31 and February 6
