Thank you for such a wonderful year. I can't believe it's almost over. You have spent countless hours helping with homework, reading with your students, volunteering at class parties, and supporting our program in every way possible. I can't thank you enough. Thank you for the adorable door decorations. x o x o Yesterday our class attended Potential Energy, a hands-on science outreach program hosted by Discovery Gateway Children's Museum. Students were taught about forces of motion such as push and pull. They also explored ways that the shape of an object affects its speed. We had a blast! Our kindergarten Field Day will take place on Friday, May 18th. Our AM class will meet from 8:30-10:00. Our PM class will meet from 10:30-12:00.

Last night I attended an incredible training by Dave Acosta in which he taught educators how to protect students with their bare hands. It was extremely empowering and I would recommend it to anyone in the community.
