This deal expires on Monday, August 30th at 11:59 pm. Click here to go shopping: https://orders.scholastic.com/P62V3 The Bear River Health Department will have the following testing sites available for students:
* This testing is only for students and staff members. Parents and other community members will need to go to a Test Utah testing location if they would like to get tested. I forgot to mention this on Back to School Night: If possible, please send a reusable water bottle to class every day with your student. Make sure their name is on it so we can send it home with the right student each day. And please only fill them with water since juice and milk are hard to clean up when there are spills. Thanks so much!
Come have milk & cookies with us! There's a Kindergarten Meet & Greet right after AM & PM kindergarten on Wednesday the 25th. It will be hosted right down the street at Virgil Gibbons Heritage Park. Bring some cookies to share, and the Parent Organization will provide milk and napkins. Siblings are welcome!
Hi! My name is Mrs. Jensen and I’m the AM kindergarten aide. This is my 4th year as an aide at TECS and I absolutely love it! Playing with our kindergarten friends at recess is one of my favorite parts! A few of my favorite things are rain, reading, baking (and eating!) homemade bread, Disney movies and spending time with my husband and kids (especially while camping and playing games). I’m so excited to get to know each of you! Hello! I’m Mrs. Condie, our P.M. kindergarten aide! I love kindergarteners and I love Mrs. Hadsell! This will be my 8th year as a kindergarten class aide at Thomas Edison. My own 5 kids have grown up in this school and some of them have even gone to kindergarten in our classroom! I love reading good books, traveling with my family, and eating chocolate and peanut butter together! I look forward to making new kindergarten friends this year and playing with you on our playground!
How do we show school spirit?
Kindergarten entry assessments will take place on August 20 & 24-27. Each student will need to sign up for one 30-minute time slot. Parents will wait in the hallway during the assessment.
Fill out this survey to let Mrs. Hadsell know which volunteer jobs you may *potentially* be interested in.
